We are delighted and honoured to announce that His Excellency, M. Stéphane Crouzat, French Ambassador to Ireland, will be visiting St. Farnan's Post Primary School on Monday, March 11th.
H.E. M. Crouzat will meet with students and staff and tour the school to see some of the various academic and extracurricular activities taking place in St. Farnan's.
Ms. Flanagan, who teaches French in St. Farnan's, was awarded the prestigious title of Chevalier dans l'Ordre des Palmes Académiques by the French Government in October 2018 in recognition of her work nationally in the area of language learning and promotion. On the occasion of her award in the French Embassy, Ms. Flanagan invited H.E. the Ambassador to visit her school and we are very pleased that he will be visiting us on Monday.
