Our Senior Hurlers lost out to a very strong Ashbourne team in Leinster competition. The St Farnan's team had been ravaged by injuries recently, but the younger members of the panel stepped up to the mark. Fiachra Kelly's goal was definitely a highlight of the game. Unfortunately, it brings the curtain down on the season for the seniors, but there is still first and second year hurling to come in the Spring time.
